He is also the Director of Student Recruiting and a Mentor for one of IXL Center's flagship programs called the Innovation Olympics, the largest innovation consulting competition in the world. He knows that discomfort and change are inevitable and that the best strategy to become more resilient and to better manage stress is to intentionally put himself in uncomfortable situations to learn how to overcome challenges and develop better self awareness.
Prior to IXL Center, Adam worked in sales, business development, and project management. This includes two years in the wireless industry, working as a franchisee for College Pro Window cleaning, and managing a clean water program in South Africa through the University of Windsor.
Adam graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and graduated with Distinction in both his Master of International Business and Master of International Marketing programs at Hult International Business School.
